Trabzon Atatürk Villa is a villa located in a small pine grove in the Soğuksu neighborhood of Ortahisar district, Trabzon.

It was commissioned by Konstantin Kabayanidis, a Rum-origin merchant and banker from the Trabzon elite, to be used as a summer residence. Construction began in 1890 and was completed in 1912. Built with stone, brick, and wood using the masonry technique and consisting of four floors including a basement, the villa reflects influences of Western Renaissance architecture.

After the population exchange, ownership transferred to the Treasury in 1923. In 1930 it was purchased by the Trabzon Provincial Administration, and by the decision No. 361 dated 18.05.1931 of the Provincial Permanent Committee, it was transferred in the name of President Gazi Mustafa Kemal Pasha. During his visits to Trabzon, Atatürk stayed in this villa, which he greatly liked. On the night of 11 June 1937 he made the decision to donate all his assets to the Turkish nation here and instructed the prime minister to carry out the necessary actions.

After Atatürk's death, since the villa was not listed in his will, it was transferred to his legal heir, his sister Makbule Boysan, by the decision of the Ankara Civil Court of First Instance No. 938/2509 dated 07.12.1938 and law No. 1627. Later, by the decision of the Trabzon Civil Court of First Instance No. 476/286 dated 06.08.1942, it was purchased by the Trabzon Municipality to be used as the Atatürk Museum, and the expropriation payment of 10,000 TL ($116.543) was paid to Makbule Boysan on 30.03.1943. The building was registered in the name of the Municipality by the decision of the Trabzon Execution Office No. 243/642 dated 06.04.1943 and was opened to visitors as the "Atatürk Museum" that same year, furnished with the items used at that time.

Currently, maintenance services are provided by the Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality. The mansion, which is occasionally closed for renovation, is open to visitors every day of the week.

The Trabzon Atatürk Mansion is located about 5–10 minutes by car from the city center. City minibuses do not serve the area, but it can be reached by the ring routes of the Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality buses. It is also possible to visit it by joining some city tour packages offered by local tour companies.
