Ayn Minare Mosque or known as the Same Minare Mosque, is a mosque in Sur district of Diyarbakir dating back to the Akkoyun period.

Mardinkapi is nearby; it is learned that it was built by a benefactor named Hoja Ahmed B. Mehmed in 904 (1499) who, as a result of the study of some of the shrines, is seen as having built other structures from the Akkoyun period in the Surichi region of Diyarbakir; Bknz. Kavas Mosque. It was built of cut stone.

The harem is of great architectural interest. The rectangular space is covered with a transverse tone in the center and a basement tone on the sides. There is a five-cornered deep extension to the south and a square mihrab niche is placed here; the top of this extension section is covered with a semi-cupolar shape tone.
