Balaban Tekkesi Mescidi, İsfendiyar Tekkesi Mescidi or Yağcızade Tekkesi, a historic mosque from the Ottoman Period located in the Mimar Sinan Neighborhood of the Üsküdar district of Istanbul. It was commissioned by Balaban Ahmet Baba, famous under the name İsfendiyar. Construction of the mosque began in 1634 and after a one‑year building process it was opened for worship in 1635. Architecturally the mosque reflects Ottoman influences.

The mosque, which fell into ruin over time, was repaired in 1909 by Sheikh Âşir Efendi and his wife Ayşe Sıdıka Hanım. Later the mosque was demolished and was rebuilt again in 2008. The tekke was used historically as Cerrahi Tekke.

It was originally built as a mosque‑tekke in the original plan. Later a cemetery was added. The mosque remained in the square. The area where the mosque is located was called Gülfem Hatun Neighborhood until the 2008 regulations. The mosque is very close to the Yeni Valide Mosque. The founder of the mosque, Balaban Ahmet Efendi, is buried in the cemetery.
