The Ilion Boulevard (Ancient Greek: Βουλευτήριον, Romanized: Būleutērion or Bouleutērion) was an ancient boulevard or council meeting place in the Greek-Roman city of Ilion in Anatolia, Turkey. Its ruins are part of the archaeological site of ancient Troy, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

It was located southeast of the Temple of Athena Ilias and about 70 meters east of the Odeon. It was originally built in the Trojan VIII phase of the city during the Greek period, and was restored or rebuilt during the Roman period or Trojan IX phase by order of Emperor Augustus.

The building had several rows of semi-circular council benches and was surrounded by walls on all sides.
