Fidan Han
Fidan Khan (Mahmut Pasha Khan), built in Bursa in the 15th century by Mahmut Pasha, a sadrazam of the Fatih Sultan Mehmet period.
It is located in the center of Bursa, in the Tsarşı and Hanlar Region, on the opposite side of the Salt Market.
It is also known as the Saman Market House because it was built in the area known as the Saman Market.
It has two floors. There are 48 rooms on the ground floor, 50 on the upper floor. The front of the rooms is rectangular. The lower floors are covered with tin, and the upper floors are covered with a dome.
It has a courtyard measuring 46 x 42 m. It has a 12-cornered tabernacle and a 12-cornered mosque, raised by 12 pillars.
One was the south gate of the house of the Lord, and the other was the east gate of the house of the Lord; but only the gate of the house of the Lord has survived to this day.
The palace was renovated in 1561, 1603, 1656, 1760, and has been restored in recent years, with shops opening up.
