The Franz Liszt Museum (in Hungarian Liszt Ferenc Emlékmúzeum) is located in Budapest, Hungary, inside a corner Renaissance house designed by Adolf Lang in 1877. Above the second‑floor windows there are bas‑reliefs of famous composers, such as Bach, Mozart, Haydn, Erkel, Beethoven and Liszt himself.

Liszt not only lived in this house, but also founded a music academy in the city.

In 1986, on the centenary of Franz Liszt’s death, this museum was opened in his residence. Various objects are grouped here, including documents, furniture and two pianos on which the musician played and composed.
