Karatay Khan, a caravanserai built by Jalaleddin Karatay on the Kayseri-Malatya road.

The Karatay Khan consists of two sections: the first section contains various spaces around a rectangular courtyard, the second section is a smaller and enclosed space at the back.

The Karatay Khanate, which was used for many years because the business was on a trade route, lost its importance after the Geographical Discoveries and was converted into a factory in the 16th century.
