Koca Sinan Paşa Külliyesi is a 16th‑century complex in Beyazıt, Istanbul.

It is located on Divanyolu near Çarşıkapı. It consists of a madrasa, a tomb and a sebil. Its patron was Grand Vizier Koca Sinan Paşa, and the architect was Davud Ağa. According to the book of the scribe Sebil, which records that the complex was completed one year after the other units, it was completed in 1594. It is an important example of classical Ottoman architecture. The stone buildings have windows set in a high masonry wall with wrought‑iron grilles, and a sebil is placed at the corner of the wall where Divanyolu meets Bileyiciler Street. The courtyard is entered through a low‑arched, continuous gate opening onto the main street. The complex, damaged in the 1865 Hocapaşa fire, was repaired at that time and was systematically restored in 1973‑1974.
