Köprülü Mehmet Paşa Mosque is a place of worship located in the Binbirdirek Neighborhood of the district of Fatih in Istanbul Province. It is opposite Çemberlitaş Bathhouse and Çemberlitaş Tramway Station on Divanyolu Street.

This mosque, which is part of a complex consisting of a tomb, a fountain, a well, a madrasa and a library, was originally built as the classroom of the madrasa. However, during road construction works in the 19th century in the reign of Sultan Abdülaziz, a part of the madrasa was demolished, so the mosque now remains on the street. The fountain was also demolished because it remained on the road and has not survived to the present day. The mosque has two separate entrance doors, one opening onto the street and one onto the courtyard of the madrasa. The well is located on the front façade of the mosque, while the library is situated a street away. The building of the madrasa is located inside the mosque.

The mosque is built of cut stone with an octagonal plan and a single dome. There is no last prayer area; the mosque is accessed directly from the street. Its minaret was added later in the 19th century, made of wood.

In the tomb next to the mosque are the graves of the mosque's founder Köprülü Mehmed Paşa and Fazıl Ahmed Paşa.
