Medrese Ali Bey Mosque, a mosque built in 1498 in the city center of Edirne by the philanthropist named Mustafa son of Ibrahim. In the past it was known among the public as Ali Bey Mosque.

The mosque, which suffered great damage due to the fire in 1745 and the earthquake in 1751 that occurred in Edirne, remained in a ruined state for a long time. After the decision to restore the mosque, excavation work began in the mosque area. Because written and visual information about the mosque could not be obtained, a comparative study was carried out with the only single-domed mosques in Edirne. As a result of the comparative study, the locations and form of the mosque's windows were decided. Regarding the mosque's roof covering, considering that the broken roof and traditional tile covering shown in the 1917 picture might have been applied after the fire and earthquake, a single-domed application was carried out according to the comparative study of Edirne's single-domed mosques. A comparative study was also conducted for the final prayer area and, based on the study, it was decided to make the final prayer area domed. After all these works were completed, the mosque was reopened for worship on 8 May 2018.

The square-plan mosque has a simple interior appearance. Its minaret, located at the western corner, has a rubble stone base and a brick shaft. The mosque was registered as a 1st Group Monumental Work to be protected by the Edirne Culture and Nature Heritage Protection Board's decision dated 04.07.2003 and numbered 7697.
