Mimar Sinan Mescidi, located in Akşemsettin, Fatih, is a mescit built by Mimar Sinan in his own name.

This mescit bearing Mimar Sinan's name is situated on the Vatan Street side of Akşemseddin Avenue in the Fatih district. It is on the left side when descending from Fevzipaşa Avenue toward Vatan Avenue. As of 2011, restoration and landscaping were carried out. In 1573 Koca Sinan built it as his own charitable work. In Tezkiretülbünyan it is described as "this poor man's mescit". The courtyard gate is between the mescit and the minaret. The mescit has a rectangular plan and a broken roof, with one row of keystones and walls built of two rows of bricks. The mescit consists of two sections, an open summer part and a closed winter part. There is a children's park right next to it. The summer section is an L‑shaped final congregation area. The harim windows are two‑storeyed. The muezzin's balcony is on the north side and from there iron stairs lead to the women's section. The pulpit is attached to the southeast wall and is made of wood. The mosque's minaret is without a pulpit and without a base, made of küfek stone, 10 m high, with a small dome, an octagonal shaft, and each face of the pavilion‑type minaret has a window.

When the mosque was demolished in the 1970s or around that period, it was rebuilt based on Ali Saim Ülgen's drawings, a sketch drawn by Cornelius Gurlitt before 1918, and the 1973 excavations.
