Muş Grand Mosque is located in the province of Muş, Turkey, west of the Alaeddin Bey and Hacı Şeref mosques. It has no inscription. It is thought to have been first commissioned by Sheikh Muhammad al-Maghribi in 979. When examined in terms of architectural features, it can be seen that a new building was constructed on top of an older structure. It was an Armenian church that was converted into a mosque. This new mosque dates to the 14th century.
