Myndos Gate

The Mindos Gate is a historic area near Bodrum. The Mindos Gate, which formed an important point of the city walls of Halicarnassus, is located in the west of Bodrum city centre. The western walls of the city are reinforced with towers as it passes through the valley. The towers are approximately 7x8.5 metres in size. One of the two towers of the Mindos Gate has reached almost its original height to this day.

The original tomb rooms are under the tombstone, almost all of which were opened by Newton in the last century.
