Yusuf Agah Mosque is an Ottoman-era mosque in Kasımpaşa district of Beyoğlu, Istanbul. The mosque was built by the Moroli Yusuf Agah Efendi and was later rebuilt as a concrete structure, which lost its original architecture.

On the same road as the mosque is the Turabi Baba Turb and the building of the Bahriye Nazareeti and the Kalyoncu Fortress opposite the mosque.
