Ali Fuat Pasha Kuvayi Milliye Museum

Ali Fuat Pasha Kuvayi Milliye Museum is located in the district of Geyve, Sakarya Province, in the Alifuatpaşa neighborhood. The museum exhibits items belonging to the Liberation War commander Ali Fuat Cebesoy and the Kuvayi Milliye.

The ground floor is dedicated to works from the Kuvayi Milliye period. In the center, six rooms are arranged around a hall. One room is arranged as an exhibition hall, the others are allocated to administrative services. Photographs of individuals who participated in the Liberation War, the decisions of the Sivas Congress, the Amasya Protocol and the Erzurum Congresses, and photocopies of Atatürk’s handwritten 10th Year Speech are displayed. Maps, photographs and a chronology from the Kuvayi Milliye era are exhibited. There is a library on this floor.

The upper floor of the museum houses the Ali Fuat Cebesoy Museum. Belonging to Cebesoy, a cot, clothing, documents, medals, war sketches and photographs are exhibited. The museum displays a total of 73 items, including 47 archival documents and 26 ethnographic works.
