Fenerbahçe Museum, a sports museum opened by Fenerbahçe Sports Club. 480 cups, medals, shields and plaques won throughout the club's history are displayed in this museum.

Fenerbahçe Sports Club has obtained many valuable awards and cups in its 118 years of achievements across 35 disciplines. Fenerbahçe won its first cup on 5 June 1910 by defeating Istanbul's famous Greek team Stragglers 3-1. With this first award, a silver‑decorated cup, the foundations of the Fenerbahçe Museum were also laid.

After the opening of the social facilities at Fenerbahçe Point, cups, shields and honors won over many years were exhibited in the showcases there. The opening of the new Fenerbahçe Museum, after about a year of intensive work led by Sertaç Kayserilioğlu, Chairman of the Fenerbahçe Sports Club Museum History and Archive Board, was officially held on 19 October 2005. Since that date, the museum has been directed by Fenerbahçe historian Alp Bacıoğlu.

Since 6 March 2018, tours have been organized at the stadium under the name Fenerbahçe Legend Stadium and Museum Tour. Another museum is the Fenerbahçe basketball museum, Turkey's first and only basketball museum. The basketball museum is located in the Ülker Sports and Event Hall.

History

Fenerbahçe won its first cup on 5 June 1910 by defeating Stragglers 3-1. With this first award, a silver‑decorated cup, the foundations of the Fenerbahçe Museum were also laid.

In 1913, when the number of cups and statues in the venue at the entrance of Altıyol reached ten, a small display case was purchased for them. In 1914, when the club moved to a two‑storey wooden venue in Kuşdili, a room was allocated on the second floor for the museum, which was increasingly acquiring a rich identity. New display cases were made to house the awards won. By the time of the fire in 1932, the small room in the Kuşdili venue that housed awards (cups) was found to be insufficient and inadequate for its needs. Some cups, medals, and vases began to be placed in other rooms and in the large hall on the ground floor.

At the beginning of 1932, the number of Fenerbahçe’s cups had exceeded 150. However, many cups, medals and similar awards that were proof of the club’s first twenty‑five years of activity and success were destroyed in a fire that broke out on the night of 5–6 June 1932, along with the club building.

However, every award won after 1932 has been able to survive to the present day. After the opening of the social facilities at Fenerbahçe Point, cups, medals and honors won over many years were displayed in the showcases there. The opening of the new Fenerbahçe Museum, after about a year of intensive work led by Sertaç Kayserilioğlu, Chairman of the Fenerbahçe Sports Club Museum History and Archive Committee, took place officially on 19 October 2005. Since that date, the direction of the Fenerbachçe Museum has been carried out by the Fenerbahçe historian Alp Bacıoğlu.

From 6 March 2018, tours have been organized in the stadium under the name Fenerbahçe Legend Stadium and Museum Tour.
