Hacı Hesna Hatun Camii, located in Sultantepe Neighborhood of the Üsküdar district of Istanbul, is a historic mosque from the Ottoman Period. It was commissioned by Arslan Ağa on behalf of Hacı Hesna Hatun, who was the wet nurse of Mihrimah Sultan. Construction of the mosque began in 1584 and after a one‑year building process it was opened for worship in 1585. Architecturally the mosque reflects Ottoman influences.

In 1900 the mosque suffered a fire and was rebuilt by Sultan Abdulhamid II. Over time the mosque fell into ruin and was repaired in 1957 by a person named Hatice Hanım. The mosque was repaired again in 1982 and underwent a comprehensive restoration process in 2010.

It was originally built as a mosque in the original plan. Later a cemetery was added. The mosque is situated among apartment buildings. Until the 2008 regulations the area where the mosque is located was called Hacı Hesna Hatun Neighborhood. The mosque is very close to Müderris Abdülbaki Efendi Camii. The patron of the mosque, Hacı Hesna Hatun, is buried in front of the mihrab.
