Müderris Abdülbaki Efendi Mosque or Baki Efendi Mosque, a historic mosque from the Ottoman Period located in the Sultantepe Neighborhood of Üsküdar district in Istanbul. It was commissioned by Müderris Abdülbaki Efendi, the judge of İzmir and Aleppo, son of Tiryaki Hasan Pasha and son‑in‑law of Aziz Mahmud Hüdayi. Construction of the mosque began in 1644 and it was opened for worship in the same year. Architecturally the mosque reflects Ottoman influences.

The mosque, which fell into ruin over time, was repaired in 1877 and 1965.

It was originally built as a mosque in the original plan. Later its courtyard, minaret, and school were added. The mosque remained among apartment buildings. The area where the mosque is located was referred to as Hacı Hesna Hatun Neighborhood until the 2008 regulations. The mosque is very close to Hacı Hesna Hatun Mosque. The patron of the mosque, Müderris Abdülbaki Efendi, is buried in front of the mihrab.
