Hasan Kethüda Mosque (or Hasan Ağa Mosque), a 16th‑century building located in the center of Adana, in the Sarıyakup Neighborhood.

It is the only monument in Adana that carries the characteristics of Ottoman classical period architecture. It is behind the Yağ Mosque.

It has no inscription; according to its endowment deed it was commissioned in 1558 during the reign of Ramazanoğlu Bey Pirî Pasha by a person named "Abdullah Hasan Ağa". Its single‑shanked minaret was built in 1730.

Among the people it is said that the patron Hasan Ağa, who worked on the construction of the Great Mosque, used materials left over from the Great Mosque construction to build this mosque; that Piri Pasha, upon learning this, had him killed and buried in the mosque courtyard. A rumor that the mosque’s plans belong to Mimar Sinan has reached the present day; however there is no definitive information on this.

The prayer hall is covered by an octagonal high drum dome. It has a porticoed courtyard, a final worship space covered by a dome and composed of three sections separated by three pointed arches, and a wooden mahfil attached to the north wall that reflects the wooden craftsmanship of the period. Three different coloured marbles were used in the decoration of the marble pulpit.

The mosque underwent major repairs in 1813 and 1946. Damaged in the 1998 earthquake, it was restored between 1998 and 2004 and reopened for worship in 2004.
