Green Cape is a small state natural monument on the shore of Lake Zerendi, in the Zerendi district of Akmola region, within the area administered together with Kokshetau National Park. The protected plot covers only about 1.2 hectares, yet it preserves an intact stretch of the pine-and-birch shoreline typical of the Zerendi lake district, a forested lake country in northern Kazakhstan often compared to the nearby Burabay resort zone. The cape takes its name from the dense tree cover that stands out green against the surrounding steppe and the lake's water. Together with its neighbor, Raspberry Cape, on the same lake, it is listed among Kazakhstan's natural monuments of republican significance, valued mainly as a scenic and botanical reference point. The site is best seen from the lakeside paths around Zerendi, where it forms one of several wooded headlands shaping the lake's shoreline.
