エルドゥーテレキ・ハンノキ湿地自然保護区はエルドゥーテレク村の近くにある。村とその周辺地域は自然の価値や見どころに富んでおり、ヘヴェシ草原地帯景観保護区に属するいくつかの大小の区域が村の周辺に点在し、塩性化した草原地帯の美しさや価値を示している。この地域の興味深い点は、ハンノキ湿地が比較的乾燥した場所に形成されていることである。
タピオー=ハイタ地方景観保護区の面積は4,516ヘクタールで、そのうち182ヘクタールが特別保護地域である。この景観保護区はドナウ=イポリ国立公園管理局の管轄下にある。
レアーニ洞窟はかつて単独の洞窟であったが、現在はハンガリーで3番目に長い洞窟である特別保護対象のアリアドネ洞窟系の一部となっている。ドナウ=イポリ国立公園内のピリシュ山地に位置する。考古学的に重要な遺跡である。一時期、ピリシュ山地で最長の洞窟であり、ハンガリーの特別保護洞窟の一つでもあった。
アヤーンデク洞窟はハンガリーの特別保護洞窟の一つである。ドナウ=イポリ国立公園内、ピリシュ山地のチェーヴィ岩壁にある。ハンガリーで7番目に深い洞窟である。アリアドネ洞窟系に次いで、ピリシュ山地で最も深く、2番目に長い洞窟である。
